Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Physical Therapy experience within the past 12 months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Preferred Skills/Experience: preferred experience in acute, subacute, SNF, or inpatient rehab / propensity for functional interventions and experience with group/concurrent modes of therapy

Required Credentials: Required Certifications: Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy / Required Education: degree in occupational therapy

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: neuro/ortho/TBI/SCI/Cardio-Pulm

Types of Patients on Unit: adult

Equipment Used on Unit: on-site Smart Car, In-Motion Arm Bionik, Saebo, 2nd floor TBI gym, dedicated transfer rooms, outdoor functional courtyard, EKSO in September, Senaptec

Unit/Facility Details: Number of Beds: 50

Shift & Scheduling: The schedule will be Sunday through Thursday, with a daily start time of 8:00 AM and end time of around 4:30 PM. / Call Requirements: No call / Weekends Every /

**Patient Ratio: 1:5-7 depending on acuity
