𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀/𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: Bedside shift report, safety checks q1-2h, focus on commination and responsiveness / Able to perform basic patient assessments, general care and maintenance of the following: Wounds, Tracheostomy, Ostomy, Drains, Chest Tubes, Strokes, Seizures. Only drip is Heparin.

𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀/𝗗𝗶𝗮𝗴𝗻𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀/𝗧𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗻 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁: Post-Op procedures on unit: Amputations, ostomy, drains, chest tubes, oral surgeries and wound vacs.

𝗧𝘆𝗽𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁: Patient population has at times will require dialysis or PCA pumps.

𝗘𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗨𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗻 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁: PD Cyclers, Basic equipment - Welch Allyn VS Carts, Hoyer Lift, Broda Chairs, Alaris IV Pumps

𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁/𝗙𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗗𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀: Number of Beds: 36

𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘀: Any special scheduling requests must be made with Manager upon arrival at facility.

𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁 & 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴: 4 weekend shifts in a 4-week block

𝗙𝗹𝗼𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀: Will float over core staff
