Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

12 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.

Must have at least 36 months of Intensive Care Unit experience.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Massachusetts license

ACLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Flu vaccination required. Declinations not accepted.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience:

2yrs. of continuous MICU experience required

3+ years of general ICU experience required. 2+ years of continuous work experience in one location, preferably a MICU

Must be able to read Tele Strips

Telemetry competency required

Required Credentials: Resume

Special Requests: Must be fully vaccinated (exemptions are reviewed on a very limited basis).

Shift & Scheduling:

Every other weekend

36 or 48hrs.

No on call

Night shift does not rotate

Floating Requirements: Floating Required: Rotating MICU. Med Surg Floating required could be up to 4 or 5 patients
