Preferred Skills/Experience: Trauma Experience

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: STEMI receiving facility, Cardiac, Sepsis, ETOH, Stroke, DKA

Types of Patients on Unit: All types of patients

They break care into 3 parts: Fast Track, Treat and Anticipate Disposition, and Acute Care. No In-Patient Pediatric nor BH unit

Equipment Used on Unit: GE, In room and at nurses station

Unit/Facility Details: 24 beds, 0 trauma bays

Psych/seclusion rooms: Does have a private room if needed depending on behavior, otherwise have an overflow room where 4 patients can sit together

Patients Per Day: 250 visits per day

Shift & Scheduling: Friday - Sunday

Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend, Fri, Sat, Sun is counted as the weekend, could be every weekend depending on staffing

Holidays: Yes - will work them into perm staff rotation; mostly needed on holidays, so expect to work the holidays
