Experience

60 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

24 months of Pharmacy experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

BS completion required

References

Candidates must provide 3 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Required:

Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited school of Pharmacy and/or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)

PharmD preferred including 1 year residency

Clinical Pharmacy Experience - Preferred

Dress Code: Scrubs - Caribbean Blue or Business professional; Shoes - Closed Toe
