Guaranteed Hours 32

Shift: Monday - Friday

Weeknight Call Requirements: 3-4 times per week, 1515-0645

Weekend Call Requirements: every other to every third weekend, Fri at 1515 to Mon at 0645

Holiday/Call Requirements: rotating holidays- must be willing to work holidays

What is call response time? 15 minutes, 8 hour reprieve shifts for post call, sleep room available - housing should also be available nearby to make call

Floating Requirements MUST BE WILLING to cross train to other OR specialties if CV volumes are low, for ortho or general cases, they will cross train to second scrub. MUST be willing to float to to the floor as a 1:1 sitter; we do this to supplement hours if we have a low case volume. First to float.

Suites: 2 CVOR suites

Common Cases: Open hearts (CABG, Valve, aneuryms) thoracotomies, VATS, Convergent, AAA, carotids, ION robotic cases, ECMO, Impella 5.5, Stryker towers

Experience/Must have skills: MUST BE WILLING to cross train into general OR if CV volumes are low, open hearts, CABG, Valves; MUST be able to first scrub.

Certifications Required: CST or NCCT, ND UAP

Candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity.

RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.

Scrub Color/Dress Code: Provided

Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.
