Shift & Scheduling: Scheduling requirements: Every other weekend and rotating holidays Self scheduling available, leadership reserves rights to communicate need to balance schedule
Floating Requirements: Floating policy: Float to same level of care
Required Skills/Experience: Patient Experience requirements: Bedside Shift Report, Hourly Safety Rounding, Personal Connections
Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: Procedures performed on unit: CBI, Wound Care, drain mgt (chest tubes, Jackson pratt etc), foley insertion), central line dressing changes, telemetry monitoring, ekgs PRN
