Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience within the past 12 months.

3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license

Additional Details:

There is no shift differential for AM/PM.

Required Skills/Experience: Patient assessment, critical thinking skills, medication administration,

Wound care, Iv therapy and EHR proficiency

Preferred Skills/Experience: Medical/Surgical experience

IMU experience

Special Requests: Any special scheduling requests must be made with Manager upon arrival at facility.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend as scheduled

Floating Requirements: Float to Medical/Surgical overflow
