Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

24 months of Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit experience is required.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Missouri license or compact license

Additional Details:

Special Requests: May request one holiday off per assignment and are expected to work every other holiday. All contingency request must be on submission form.

Shift & Scheduling:
Weekend Hours: As required by facility. Every Other Weekends
Call Requirements: Stand by for low census, 1 hour to report
Holidays: Rotating

Equipment Used on Unit: IV pumps, vents, feeding tubes, GE monitors

Required Skills/Experience: Must have high acuity ICU with strong CVI understanding. Must be able to titrate complex IV gtts to include vasopressors

Preferred Skills/Experience: Experience with CABG, cardiac surgeries, IABP, Impella

Types of Patients on Unit: Cardiothoracic surgical patients, sepsis, thoracic trauma, and general medical ICU level patients

Required Credentials: Must have copy of Social Security Card/ Driver’s License
