Travel Nurse (RN) - Progressive Care Unit

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Must be comfortable taking 5 patients. Must have strong IV/phlebotomy skills. Skills: Phlebotomy, Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency response, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, IV therapy/Phlebotomy, Starting and maintaining IVs, Telemetry.

Required Credentials: Compliance requirements: EKG onboarding exam, Progressive Care competency exam, Progressive Care skills, Math exam, Med/Pharmacology exam, CORE exams. License Hits: University of Kentucky WILL NOT accept any licensure hits. Cert: NIH - AHA, American Stroke Association, NIHSS, Apex Innovations or AACME.

Special Requests: If you want to take 4-7 days off, you must be willing to make up that time. You must fulfill the full 13 week contract. RTO - must be presented at time of submission. Any time off sent after the offer will not be approved.

Shift & Scheduling: Expected to work one Christmas Holiday, one New Years Holiday, and either Thanksgiving or MLK Day.

Floating Requirements: Candidates will float within hospital or to an affiliate hospitals near by.
