Requirements
Experience
12 months of acute care experience.
24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 36 months of Case Management experience within the past 3 years.
3 months of experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Mississippi license or compact license

BLS (Required)
Vaccinations

Required Skills/Experience: Unit experience must include 12 continuous months.
3+ years of Acute Hospital Case Management experience
Technology Used on Unit: Additional facility info: Cerner is our EHR, CM uses MorCare for documentation and CarePort for referral system. We are transitioning to a new referral system Oct. 28.
