Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Rehabilitation Unit experience.

Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Required Skills/Experience: At least one full year of experience in an inpatient rehab therapies setting.

Unit/Facility Details: Physical Therapist - Acute Rehab Therapies. Full-Time Physical Therapist need within inpatient acute care rehab therapies department.

Shift & Scheduling: Position will require weekends and holidays as needed. This position includes weekend rotations with a day off in the week preceding or following based on pay period. 8:15am start. Holiday Coverage Required: Yes.

Floating Requirements: This position may float to inpatient rehab.
