Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.
Previous Employment Requirements:
Must note in submission if clinician has ever worked for Sanford Health. If clinician previously worked with Sanford, they must have an end date 6 months prior to their submission date.
Types of Patients on Unit:
Nurse to patient ratio of this unit: Circulate for one OR room.
Unit/Facility Details: Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept. 35 ORs.
Shift & Scheduling: Every 4th weekend. Call shifts required. 3-4 late/flex shifts per 4- week schedule. 1-4 overnight call shifts per week. 1 late shift per week (830-1900 or 1030-2100).
Work week: Sunday through Saturday.
Floating Requirements:
Must be flexible to work in all specialties if needed.
