Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 10 months of Psychiatric Unit experience.

Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Iowa license or compact license

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: experience with all age groups: Adolescents, Adults, Geri

Required Credentials: Acceptable de-escalation certificates: MAB, CPI, MOAB, SAMA --- can obtain during onboarding if inactive/not in hand

Shift & Scheduling: No Call, every 3rd weekend including holiday rotation, can support 48 hr workweek if RN prefers

Floating Requirements: Floating may be needed during the contract to other BH Units
