Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 24 months of Pediatric Cardiac Intensive Care Unit experience.
License
Candidates must have a Nebraska license or compact license

CCRN (Preferred)

Required Skills/Experience: Cardiac ICU experience, Peds experience

Skills: Administration of blood & blood products, Arterial line management, Central line blood draw, Central Line/Implanted Line Care, PICC line management, Starting and maintaining IVs, Antiarrhythmics, Continuous Sedation, IV vasopressors, Pediatric Dosage Calculations, Procedural Sedation Administration/Monitoring, Use of Broselow system, Assist/maintain chest tube, Assist/manage intubation, BiPAP/CPAP, Care of Ventilated Patient, Care/maintenance of acute airway, End-Tidal $\text{CO}_2$ monitoring, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs), Suctioning (ETT, NT), Tracheostomy care, Ventilator Management, Hemodynamic monitoring, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Post cardiac surgery

Preferred Skills/Experience: ECMO, Insertion/Management of Pulmonary Artery Pressure (PAP) line.

Required Credentials: Government Issued Photo ID
