Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.

Must have at least 24 months of Emergency Department experience.

Experience with Altera Digital Health a Harris Company is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license

Previous Employment Requirements: Previous perm staff must be gone 1 year in order to return as a traveler.

Required Skills/Experience: IV therapy/Phlebotomy, Blood Product Administration, Phlebotomy, Starting and maintaining IVs, Medications, Emergency Medications, Work Settings, General Emergency Department-Combined Adult/Pedi, Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency response, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Management of patient with multisystem organ dysfunction/failure, Obtain 12 lead EKG/ECG, Professional Topics and Skills, Isolation Precautions, Triage, Respiratory, Ventilated patients

Preferred Skills/Experience: Community Hospital Experience

Required Credentials: Clinicians must be available to complete needed lab items within 72 hours of accepting offer or have a plan in place for completion in that timeframe.
