Travel Nurse (RN) - Oncology Unit

Additional Details:

Education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

BMT(14 & 15W James) - Oncology - Mixed acuity PCU and MS unit

Shift: D/N or Nights

Schedule: No set schedule, no set weekends, no block schedule. The facility determines the complete schedule, which may include working every weekend. Must be flexible.

If you accept a 12D/N rotating contract, you may be scheduled for days, nights, or a combination of both, depending on the department’s needs. Shift assignments are reviewed every 4-week scheduling period, but changes are not guaranteed and are based on staffing priorities at that time.

Experience: Must have MS and oncology experience in checklist (1 year minimum)

Skills Required: MS/Tele (Medical-Surgical/Telemetry); Telemetry monitoring; Interpretation of dysrhythmias; Use of Rapid Response Teams; Feeding tube care and management; Blood product administration; Central line blood draw; Peripheral line care/management; PICC line management; Nasal cannula administration

RTO required with submission, must be built into contract.

Locals are accepted at the same rate.
