Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Hematology/Oncology Unit experience.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Professional knowledge of nursing theory and practice at a level normally acquired through completion of education at an accredited School of Nursing in order to be eligible for licensure as a Registered Nurse.

Clinical competence and experience in the care and management of target patient populations specific to area of employment.

Required Credentials: Associate’s degree in nursing.

Preferred Credentials: Bachelor’s degree in nursing.

Unit/Facility Details: 32-bed unit caring primarily for solid oncology patients, along with hematology & bone marrow transplant.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend

Floating Requirements: Float as needed.
