Requirements

Experience

12 months of acute care experience.

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Missouri license or compact license

Vaccinations

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: 1 year + inpatient Acute care Med Surg and Neuro. Willingness for occasional Charge.

Unit/Facility Details: Proof of Identification - Driver's license / Social Security Card.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Weekend Hours: As needed.

• Contract Duration – 13 - 26 weeks.

• Weekends – standard expectation of every other full weekend (Saturday and Sunday will be required unless otherwise approved by the leader prior to

• confirmation). Holidays – candidates should be expected to work at least one of the major winter holidays (ex: Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Year’s Day).
