Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 13 months of Long Term Care experience.
ASN completion required
Experience with MatrixCare is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license

BLS (Required)

An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.

Shift & Scheduling:
- Primarily on nights. PM is 145p-10:15p, NOC is 945p-6:15a, with 16-hour shifts on the weekends. Example 4 hours before or after start of shift, like 2pm to 6am.)
- Weekend requirements: Every other weekend
- On-Call requirements: None
Floating Requirements: All 3 wings at facility
