Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 36 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.

3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Illinois license

Additional Details:

Candidates should be able to start within 2 to 3 weeks of offer.

Required skills/experience: Cardiac Tele, M/S

Exams/ Assessments: Must pass an EKG test first day to start contract, please attach a passed EKG test wtih submittal, Agency staff need to be proficient in interpreting and responding to EKG arrythmias as well as strokes.

Unit details: 5NS is high acuity, lots of strokes and ICU transfers.

Floating Requirements: Rarely- Will possibly float to Glenbrook, Skokie, Highland Park

Shift and scheduling: Weekend Requirements: every other
