Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
24 months of Long Term Care experience is required.
References
Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a South Dakota license or compact license
Certifications
BLS (Required)
Vaccinations
COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
Minimum of 2 years experience working as an LPN in a Long Term Care setting is required.
Will float to Assisted Living as needed for medication pass.
Will work every other weekend. Schedule is provided one month in advance.
Orientation: Will allow travelers to start any day of the week and will shadow another staff member for a full shift.
