Experience

36 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 40

Monday-Friday

Holidays: As needed

Float: Throughout facility within skillset, To all ThedaCare Facilities

Mainly outpatient caseload with possibility of some inpatient coverage as well. For outpatients, we usually see 30 minute treatments and 60 minute evaluations. Inpatients tend to be a 2 hour block on the schedule as we tend to have 2-4 inpatients. It will probably be a mix of patients.

Patient load: Will likely see 10-12 patients a day, it would be more if they want a 10 hour day (if approved for 10 hr shifts)
