Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 9 months of Physical Therapy experience within the past 12 months.

DPT completion preferred

3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Additional Details:

Must have at least 9 months of same unit experience in the past 12 months, no exceptions.

Shift & Scheduling: No on call. One weekend/month, will get weekdays off to balance out. Must be able to work varied Day shift hours.

Required Skills/Experience: Must have acute care, SNF, and/or IP Rehab. 1 year current Hospital acute care.

Unit Details: 42 bed IP Rehab unit

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: Inpatient care to Orthopedic, cardiovascular, neurologic and general med/surg populations. Schedule determined by surgical volume, weekends and holiday rotation.

Equipment Used on Unit: Treatments beds, exercise balls, resistance bands, treadmills, exercise bikes
