Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

3 months of travel experience is preferred from any number of months.

Preferred 24 months of Intermediate Care Unit experience within the past 12 months.

Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

ACLS (Required)

Vaccinations

An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.

Required Skills/Experience: 2+ years experience Stepdown/Intermediate Care/PCU

Unit/Facility Details: During Flu Season any traveler that declines to be flu and covid vaccinated will be required to wear a mask at all times. There is no exception to this Aspirus policy. Failure to adhere to the policy will result in corrective action.

Special Requests: No travel pairs with same schedule requests will be accommodated

Shift & Scheduling:

645 am - 715 PM and 645 pm-715 am
Shift rotation every week or every two weeks

Floating Requirements: To all inpatient units as needed. Potential to float to other south region locations Stevens Point, Plover, Divine Savior if needed
