Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.
12 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.
Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a North Dakota license or compact license

NRP (Required)

Additional Details:

Must be able to do labor/delivery/postpartum/nursery

Minimum 1 year previous experience required in labor & delivery and nursery required.

36 guaranteed hours

Day/night rotate

Traveler will float to Patient Care Unit & Emergency Department as needed to assist primary staff with nursing duties (as helping hands).

  • Nurse to patient ratio of this unit. (nursing only)
  • 1 to 1 for labor - but responsible for occasional triage patient, 2-6 patients depending on mix of nurses, at times do couplet care and other times split postpartums and newborns
