Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
24 months of Vascular Access Team experience is required with some in the last 24 months.
3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from any number of months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license

Weekends Required

Scrub Color/Dress Code: Navy scrubs

No On Call Required

Monday to Friday. (7 days on, 7 days off)

Top qualifications: - Vascular Access Nurse experience required- Must be competent in USG-PIV placement, PICC placement with ECG technology Also: strong interpersonal skills to empathetically manage multi-faceted situations, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care across multiple services, critical thinking skills to incorporate empirical knowledge of vascular access with an understanding of various clinical diagnoses and scenarios to make appropriate decisions.

Every other weekend required.

A minimum of two (2) years of recent direct patient care as a registered nurse in a medical/surgical or critical care clinical setting.

Required Education: -Associates degree in nursing.

Preferred Education: -Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
