Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

9 months of Occupational Therapy experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

No Block Scheduling requests Any special scheduling requests must be made with Manager upon arrival at facility.

There is no shift differential for AM/PM.

Must have at least 9 months of same unit experience in the past 12 months, no exceptions.

Patient Ratios – 7-8 per therapist acute, 4-5 on rehab

Must have Minimal 1 year experience in OT field

Preferred or nice to have Acute Care (preferred 1 year exp but not required), prefer 1 year experience in inpatient rehab, NICU, ICU; willingness to float between acute care and Inpatient rehab if needed.
