Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

3 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.

AS completion required

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Schedule:

Shift: Variable start times between 830a-930a

Call Requirement: 7 on, 7 off Wed-Tues schedule

Holidays: As Needed

Weekend: 12H days from 6a - 6p

Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours bi-weekly; 40hrs one week & 32hrs the next (Wed-Tues)

GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed.

Floating Requirement: Throughout facility within skillset, To all ThedaCare facilities (as needed within 60 mile radius)

Required:

Must be able to run a Toshiba and GE scanner and a Samsung MGE portable

Required Skillset: IV starts, Portable work in ED - team player, flexible, patient focused, efficient, can function independently, ability to mentor

Clinician-to-Patient Ratio: 1/1, Outpatient ER

Primary Cases: 50% CT and 50% Xray.

Must be able to do General CT & General X-Ray.
