Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
24 months of Physical Therapy experience is required with some in the last 24 months.
Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:
Experience: Orthopedic, Neuro, IP, & OP. Mostly outpatient services for a hospital service and occasional coverage for inpatient.
Must have proficient electronic medical records experience of 2 years minimum.
Guaranteed Hours are exempt during holiday weeks.
With some weekend.
