Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit experience.

3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Illinois license

Vaccinations

Additional Details:

Required skills and experience: Experience with Open heart, Neuro, CRRT experience. Experience in CRRT-CABG-Stroke-TNK.

Required credentials: Driver's License/State ID or passport

Shift & schedule requirements: Schedule includes working every other weekend, and every other Holiday; calling in sick on a weekend Friday 7p-Monday 7am will require making up the sick call on the following weekend.

Floating requirements: Floating is an expectation of this contract should ICU experience low census

Special request requirements: No RTO for holidays

Unit and facility details: High acuity ICU. SICU-MICU-Neuro.
