Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Travel experience is required from any number of months.
12 months of Physical Therapy experience is required with some in the last 24 months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Shift Notes: Sunday - Thursday. Sunday: 4 hours in acute care. Monday: 8-12 OP, 1-5:30 acute care. T, W, Th: 8-5:30 (40 Hour Guarantee).
Weekend Requirements: Sundays (4 Hours - Acute Care).
All scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission.
