Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

48 months of Nurse Management experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Washington license or compact license

Additional Details:

If you have a multistate/compact nursing license, you will be required to complete a one time 6 hour suicide prevention training according to the WA state regulations. (Nursing positions only)

Interim Nurse Manager

Interim Nurse Manager with previous management experience. This position will cover both Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit and Medical Surgical Unit.

4 years of recent/relevant experince, 2 of which must be leadership.

40 guaranteed hours.
