Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Operating Room experience within the past 12 months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Oregon license

PALS (Required)

Vaccinations

Additional Details:

Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license from any point in the past.

Shift & Scheduling: on call required. Variable on call rotation.

Required Skills/Experience: Will need endoscopy, ortho (podiatry), eye, and urology experience. No c-sections. Specific experience also preferred in general surgery & GYN. Several endoscopies, pain injections, cataracts.

Floating Requirements: Will work all areas of perioperative services including PreOp, OR and PACU.

Special Requests: Curry HR has a strict compliance deadline of two weeks prior to start. a full compliance packet for a 10/13 start will be due 9/26.
