Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Operating Room experience.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Shift & Scheduling: Call would be once a week overnight and weekend rotation (currently every 5th weekend) Holiday call required Shift Requirements: 0630 start times-end times 1500 or 1700 On Call/Call Back Requirements: Call would be once a week overnight and weekend rotation (currently every 5th weekend)

Required Skills/Experience: Minimum Experience: Have worked in a full-fledged operating room with all service lines for 2-3 years, comfortable with emergency situations

Unit Details: Unit Specific Skillset: general: orthopedic service line (40% of total volume)- total joints Unit Overview: Collaborative partnership (proficient and efficient in their care, cognizant with the conversations, positive environment)75 bed hopspital, medsurg and ICU. C-section

Floating Requirements: Float: Employee should not be asked to work outside of his/her Clinical skills unless approved by employee, unit manager, shift advisor, and Staffency. Candidate will be required to float to units and facilities based on census.
