Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 12 months of Outpatient Clinic experience.
Trauma Level 2 experience is preferred from any number of months
Experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:
Shift & Scheduling: Schedule is Mon-Thurs 8:00-5:00 and Fri 8:00-12:00 Focus on OP setting but possible flex to Acute. Also coverage for weekend/holidays in acute if needed.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Teaching Hospital Experience

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: Patient Diagnoses: OP therapy/Aquatics
Required Credentials:
- Cert: BLS - Instructor, Provider, and RQI acceptable
