Roles requiring state licensure only: License should not expire within 45 days following start date

Travel Pairs: If you are in a relationship, EMMC will not schedule you on the same days. If you are not in a relationship, you can be scheduled for the same days if not on the same shift/unit. Managers will not guarantee the same schedule for travel pairs.

36 Guaranteed Hours

Patient Ratios: 1:2 – based on acuity (may get 3rd patient as one is being discharged or moved to the floor)

Skills required: Please ask all travelers about charge experience and include in the offer info if they have/have not worked in a CRN capacity Neuro and Trauma experience are an absolute must – EVD & ICP monitoring Ventilator management, critical care drips, drain management, stroke experience, hemodynamic lines (A-lines/CVP), cardiac rhythm recognition, chest tubes, tracheostomy care, strong assessment skills

Floating: To the Cardiac Care Unit (ICU) – will take patients within scope Cardiac Stepdown or Medical Stepdown PICU if they have Peds experience

Orientation: General Hospital orientation, followed by 1 shift on unit

Scheduling: Weekend rotation: Every other (Dayshift: Sat/Sun; Nightshift: Fri/Sat) Will they be on call? If so, what is that schedule? None Holiday Expectations: Varies, based on need – all holiday requests should be sent to manager for approval Approval of time off? To go through manager

Scrub Color: Any solid color, must be professional
