Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Operating Room experience.

ADN completion required

Trauma Level 1 experience is required from any number of months

References

Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Kansas license or compact license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Additional Details:

Shift & Scheduling: Friday, Saturday, Sunday

Weekend Rotation: Weekends Only

On-call Requirements: Required, up to 6 call shifts per 13 week contract

Holidays Requirements: Holidays not required

Floating Requirements: Will float to all ORs

Required Skills / Experience: Must be a strong RN that can work independently

Must be familiar with DaVinci robot cases, large head and neck cases, neuro spine, ex lap cases - need to at least be very familiar with one of these services

Scrubbing experience

Preferred Skills / Experience: Ortho, General, Trauma, GYN, Urology, Plastics

Preferred Credentials: BSN

Special Requirements: Desired Start Date: ASAP (9/8 or 9/22 ORI)
