Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
24 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.
Experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from any number of months in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license

Additional Details:

Bed Side Shift Reporting (BSSR), utilization of AIDET, and hourly rounding are required for this unit and all RN units. Clinicians will be requested to sign an attestation to confirm they are aware of this requirement during compliance.

Call required if low census

Float required - sitter needs

Every third weekend

Ratios will vary for mother baby and laboring patients
