Requirements

Experience

36 months of role experience is required from last 12 months.

Trauma Level 1 experience is preferred from any number of months

Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

Weekend Coverage: Every Third

Block Schedules: No

Trauma Level II Experience: Preferred

Patient Age Groups: Neonates, Adults, Geriatrics

Floating may be requested based on needs of the facility.

Prior perm employees must be gone for at least 6 months before being hired on to travel.

RTO - Keep RTO to a minimum, preferably no requests for calendar week off during assignment and no more than 7 days total. Any RTO must be in initial submission and if approved, also in confirmation document.

No additional RTO requests will be approved after an offer has been given.

Government issued photo ID required required

BLS, ACLS, and PALS from the Military & American Safety & Health Institute are also accepted. Online CPR NOT Acceptable.
