Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 48 months of Psychiatric Unit experience.

Trauma Level 3 experience is required from any number of months

Experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Washington license or compact license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Chemical Dependency

Required Skills/Experience:

• Minimum one year of Medical/Surgical experience.

• One year of chemical dependency experience

• Charge nurse experience required with working knowledge of ASAM criteria and addiction medicine

Required Credentials:

• If you have a multistate/compact nursing license, you will be required to complete a one time 6 hour suicide prevention training according to the WA state regulations.

• Multi state license must have the following 1. verification of Nursys demographics. 2.Verification of suicide prevention certificate.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Shifts - 7a-7p, 10a-10p, 7p-7a

• Every other weekend
