Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

24 months of Progressive Care Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

3 months of experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license

Additional Details:

A minimum of 12 months acute care experience in the United States is required. Unit experience must include 12 continuous months.

6 weekend shifts per 6 week schedule.

Must be willing to Float.

Must Start within 2 Wks. of Offer Acceptance.

Scrub Color: Any.

This unit is a step down (in acuity) from ICU so they should be able to handle cardiac drips, be familiar with TAVRs and watchmen mitro clips at a minimum.

Requires an associate's degree and is certified as a registered nurse.

Prefer Bachelors degree in Nursing. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
