Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Post Anesthesia Care Unit experience with 9 months within the past 12 months.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Alaska license

Additional Details:

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: Recovery of deep sedation, and management of post procedural devices.

Equipment Used on Unit: tele monitoring , Post Cardiac, Cath Devices, Ortho Devices

Shift & Scheduling: One is three 12 hour shifts from 0900-2130 and the other one is three 12 hrs shifts from 1000-2230. Call will be approximately 5x per 4 week schedule and would include 1-2 Saturdays per month. 4-5 call shifts (nights) per week schedule majority of scheduled shifts 10:30-23:00. Overtime is available.
