Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
24 months of Operating Room experience is required with some in the last 24 months.
Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a North Dakota license or compact license
Certifications

Additional Details:

Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.

8 or 10 hour shifts

Will need to stay late as needed based on cases running over or scheduling. This time is not considered call back. Call one day a week and one weekend every 3 to 4 weeks.

Must complete both an OR and a Neuro ICU skills checklist to apply.

Local travel rate for those living 60 to 80 miles from the facility

Must Have:

  • Large hospital experience - 250 plus beds with level 1 trauma status
  • Experience working in acute facility with 15 or more OR suites. Outpatient center experience will not be a match.
  • Experience with robotics, DaVinici preferred
  • Strong general and ENT

Required Skills: Experience with General surgical cases, GYN, Urology, laparoscopic. Some Neuro/Ortho procedures, experience with navigation.

May float to Broadway or South University campus if needed. (Rare)
