Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

10 months of Progressive Care Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

ADN completion required

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Colorado license or compact license

Additional Details:

Progressive Intermediate Step Down PCU

Please be expected to float between Penrose, St. Francis, St. Thomas More, and St. Mary Corwin as this is a requirement for Centura.

One year experience preferred Nursing skills and knowledge base specific to specialty

Floating may be required to any Common Spirit location within sixty (60) miles of the original assignment location or Common Spirit-identified “float zone”

Float assignments may include duties outside of original assignment job requirements (including skill set) in accordance with Common Spirit policy.

Bachelor Degree in Nursing is preferred.

ANCC- National Nursing Certification ANCC approved - strongly preferred
