Required Skills/Experience:
• At least 3-years of ED experience in large volume ED with high acuity patients.
• Strong emergency nursing skills to include critical care and pediatric patients.
• Experience with chest tubes, arterial lines, blood administration, Bipap/Ventilators.
• Splinting
• Barcode Scanning Medication Administration
• Experience with managing medication drips.
• Triage experience; Must pass hospital’s Triage Test before allowed to triage.
• Good understanding of ESI.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Pediatric Emergency Medicine Experience
Required Credentials: If you have a multistate license, you will be required to complete a 1-time 6-hour suicide prevention training according to WA state regulations.

Shift & Scheduling:
• Weekend rotation: Every other weekend. (may work back-to-back weekends, rare) Looking for flexibility.
• Holiday Expectations: They can be scheduled on holidays, 1-2 holidays per contract.
• Shifts: 7a-7p, 9a-9p, 10a-10p, 11a-11p.
• Schedule Cycle: 6 weeks in advance for a 6-week schedule.
• No on-call requirement.
