Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

12 months of Psychiatric Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

3 months of experience with Oasis is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Tennessee license or compact license

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.

Current State RN license must meet one of the following qualifications: o Diploma or AA degree in nursing with at least 2 years recent nursing experience, in a mental health home care program. o Baccalaureate in nursing with at least one year recent nursing experience in a mental health home care program. o Master’s degree in psychiatric or mental health nursing with at least one year recent nursing experience, in a mental health home care program.

Monday to Friday.

May be asked to help in other territories within facility's service area as needed which is about a 60 mile radius from the Facility address.

Must have recent HH exp 2023-24.

HomeCare HomeBase experience required.

Client may consider without HCHB exp if CLN completes online training class prior to start.

Any overtime must be pre-approved and requires written approval from Administrator
