Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Trauma Level 1 experience is required from any number of months

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.

Required Skills and Experience: Must have CVOR, Neuro, and Ortho experience

Shift & Scheduling Requirements: 0645-1515, 1100-1930, and 1445-2315. Some 0615 starts may be required. Weekday call can be 2-3 days a week. Weekday call can start at 1500 for cardiovascular and 1900 for all other specialties. Some overnights may be required from 2300-0700 due to call ins. Weekend call can be every other. Weekend call starts at 0700. Holiday Required. Can take call remotely-just have to be here ready to work within 30 minutes.

Floating Requirements: Not to other floors, but if no CV cases will circulate other specialties

Unit and Facility Details: OSF is a Drug-Free Campus and they must produce a negative drug screen for all panels
