Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 12 months of Home Health experience within the past 3 years.
Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is required from any number of months.
Experience with Oasis is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a New Mexico license or compact license
Certifications
BLS (Required)
Proof of Identification
Driver's license required

Additional Details:
Shift & Scheduling: Monday through Friday 0800-5. Would consider a four day/10 hour day arrangement for this agency as there is ample work to accommodate this. No call
