Required Skills/Experience: Skills: pulmonary function test lab experience, ARDS, aspiration, bronchoscopy, COVID, cystic fibrosis, Pneumonia, hand-held nebulizer, BiPAP, CPAP, ABG interpretation, basic EKG

Care of Patient With ARDS Aspiration Bronchoscopy COVID Cystic fibrosis Pneumonia Professional Knowledge and Skills

Basic EKG Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs) Ventilator Management

BiPAP CPAP Flow-by Pulmonary Function Experience

Exhaled Breath Testing Spirometry Nebulizer

Hand held Oxygen therapy Oxygen tanks Work Settings Pulmonary Function Test Lab

Preferred Skills/Experience: High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC)* Hyperbaric* Bronchial Provocation Testing* Diffusion Testing* Respiratory Therapy Administration* Stress Test Administration*

Preferred Credentials: Will accept RRT or CRT

Types of Patients on Unit: Adults, Geriatrics

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: Patient Diagnoses: Patients with common respiratory distress diagnoses seen in clinic setting (pneumonia, asthma, tuberculosis, emphysema, COPD, chest infections, lung nodules, ect.) Special Procedures/Unit Details: Oxygen assessments 2 channels 6 minute walk tests Long and short PFTs ABG's

Equipment Used on Unit: PFT equipment, NIOX, 2 channel

Unit/Facility Details: Government Issued Photo ID

Shift & Scheduling: M-F; no call no weekends
